How It Started

In life, we often face challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from our true selves. The Journey Begins 

Growing up in a chaotic environment, Lainne faced numerous challenges from an early age. As a single mother of four children, her mother struggled to provide stability and a healthy environment. These experiences deeply affected Lainne, shaping her beliefs, self-worth, and choices in life. However, it was these very challenges that led her on a path of self-discovery and healing. 


The Power of Personal Responsibility

Like many healers, Lainne realized that to heal others, she first needed to heal herself. She recognized that she had become the common denominator in her life, attracting toxic situations and unhealthy relationships. It was this realization that prompted her to shift her perspective and ask herself, "What is the world asking of me?" This shift in mindset allowed her to take personal responsibility for her choices, actions, and healing journey. 


Embracing the Uncomfortable 

One key aspect of Lainne's healing journey was learning to embrace discomfort. She discovered that true growth and transformation occur when we step out of our comfort zones and face our fears head-on. By doing the internal work of subconscious reprogramming, feeling and releasing emotions, and integrating spirituality into her practice, Lainne was able to create significant change in her life. 


Healing Through Love

Lainne's journey took a profound turn when she realized that love was a transformative force. As a parent to a neurodivergent child, she initially found herself struggling to provide the support and understanding her son needed. However, through personal reflection and a deep commitment to love, she was able to create a safe and loving environment. This transformative process not only healed her relationship with her son but also empowered her personal growth.


The Toolbox of Healing 

Lainne emphasizes the importance of using a holistic approach to healing. She stresses that it's not enough to focus on just one aspect of our well-being. Instead, we need to address our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. There are numerous modalities available to us, such as therapy, acupuncture, energy healing, and subconscious reprogramming, all of which work together to create lasting change.

She reminds us that we can change our lives, no matter our circumstances or past experiences.
